Perfect Pairs

Perfect Pairs Bucket Label

We’ve got another family wedding approaching soon, and that means BRIDAL SHOWER!  We haven’t even met Tyson  yet, but Nicole’s family has told us all about him, and it sounds like they are a match made in heaven……a perfect pair!

So we were inspired to make a shower gift that reflects a lot of “Perfect Pairs.” With a little help from Pinterest and a trip to Target and Bed, Bath & Beyond, we were ready to shower Nicole with all kinds of gifts that go together…just like her and Tyson. Read More

DIY Wedding Sign

I was asked to make a sign for my cousin’s wedding, and here is what I came up with!

First, I cut my wood into 2 foot strips.

Love is the Key

Shwoer Invite front

Lauren did a beautiful job on centerpieces, using Hailey’s blush color for floral balls, which were placed atop candle holders, tied with tulle and an antique key charm.  We put these on a  burlap place mat framed in lace. Read More

Mommy to Bee

Our cute friend, Natalie, is expecting twins–a boy and a girl!  She’s been on bed rest for several weeks, but now that she’s 32 weeks (yep….that tiny baby bump is TWO babies at 32 weeks!) her doctor is letting her move around a bit.  We were thrilled that she felt up to coming out today for a little while to celebrate at a Mommy to Bee shower.

Vickie’s daughter, Tiffany, iced these darling mini cupcakes that looked just like a beehive!

We made fruit skewers to put in the Bee Jar that Lauren made by painting a terracotta pot with bright yellow acrylic paint, then striping it with black electrical tape.  A foam block and green shred prepared it for a fruit bouquet! Read More
